I just happen to be driving around Kankakee when I passed this loading dock.  I saw it and instantly knew that I had to shoot there.  It’s probably super weird I know, but I am obsessed with run down, dilapidated, and for lack of a better word, janky locations.  I just love the juxtaposition of people in love and things in ruins.  It was probably 30 degrees outside, but Jake and Anna were more then willing to adventure out with me and you cant even tell their fingers were about to fall off :)  Thanks for being such good sports you two!!
